Round is an interview-practice service provided by roundinterview.com. For help with Round or questions about these terms, email support@roundinterview.com.
Using Round
Round provides questions, examples and reference material for personal interview preparation. Use an email address you control, keep your sign-in credentials private, and use your own account for saved practice. Temporary email addresses on Round’s blocked list cannot be used to sign up. Use only content your account is entitled to access. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or put credentials or confidential material in your practice work.
Free access and trial
Guests and signed-in Free accounts can use the questions and features available to their access level. Eligible accounts receive 14 days of trial access to Pro questions starting at email confirmation, limited to one trial per normalized email address. The trial is free, requires no payment card and ends automatically. Free access continues after trial access ends. Purchases, subscriptions and automatic charges are unavailable in this release. Your saved practice stays in your account after the trial. Access to the underlying Pro questions remains subject to eligibility.
Practice and availability
Round’s exercises, visible checks, reference solutions and timed sessions are for practice. Visible outcomes report the cases that ran and do not certify correctness or predict interview results. Round timed practice uses a fixed server deadline that continues through reloads and navigation. Completion is self-reported. Timed practice is Round’s format and is not an employer assessment or a proctored exam.
On supported questions, Python and JavaScript Run execute in your browser. Hosted Java and C++ execution is disabled in this Free release. You can still edit code for those languages where an editor is available. Guest work stays in the browser until you choose to transfer it, and signed-in work can sync to your account. Export work you want to keep. Features and question availability can change, and Round can be temporarily unavailable.
Python and JavaScript execute in your browser. Supported Java and C++ questions send code to Round’s optional compiler service for bounded execution. Practice reports use visible checks and leave completion self-reported. They provide feedback on the cases that ran.
Reference solutions are provided for study.
Guest drafts and notes stay in this browser until you choose to keep them in an account. Anyone using this browser profile may see guest work. Signed-in drafts and notes synchronize to your account.
When you’re signed in, Run and Submit attempt save captured code and visible outcomes to your account. Guest attempt history stays in this browser until you choose to transfer it. Browser recovery copies may also keep unsaved work on this device.
Round timed practice uses a fixed server deadline that continues through reloads and navigation. Session answers, visible practice reports, and optional reflections save to your account. Use self-review for SQL and design answers. Visible checks provide ungraded practice feedback.
